Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the U-Grade mobile application (the "App"), provided by Ali Techtime ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
U-Grade provides estimated trading card grades, PSA population data, and eBay market comparisons for informational purposes only. U-Grade does not perform physical card grading and is not a substitute for, or guarantee of, the outcome of any professional grading service. Grading estimates, population figures, and market comps are provided "as is" and may not reflect real-time or fully accurate data.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions
Grading credits (1, 2, 3, or 5 card bundles) are one-time purchases and do not expire unless stated otherwise in the App.
Membership subscriptions (Basic, Premier, Collector) are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at purchase and automatically renew for successive one-month periods unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Referral credits are granted at our discretion under the referral program's terms as displayed in the App and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective refund policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by uploading content you don't have rights to, attempting to reverse-engineer the App, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-Party Data and Trademarks
References to PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) and eBay within the App relate to publicly available population and marketplace data used for informational comparison purposes only. U-Grade is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSA, Collectors Universe, or eBay Inc. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and all data provided within it are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Grading estimates are not a guarantee of the grade any card will receive from a professional grading company.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali Techtime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made about submitting cards for professional grading based on estimates provided.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
