This Privacy Policy explains how U-Grade ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Ali Techtime, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the U-Grade mobile application (the "App").
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (or sign-in credentials) when you create an account.
- Card images: photos of trading cards you upload to receive a grading estimate.
- Purchase information: records of grading credits purchased and subscription status, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play billing systems. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Usage data: how you interact with the App, including features used and general performance/crash diagnostics.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, and app version, used for support and compatibility troubleshooting.
How We Use Information
- To generate grading estimates and display related PSA population and eBay market data.
- To process purchases and manage your subscription or grading credits.
- To operate the referral program and credit free grades to eligible accounts.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the App.
Third-Party Services
U-Grade displays population and market data sourced from publicly available third-party services, including data associated with PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) and eBay Inc. U-Grade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, which have their own privacy policies governing payment data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the App (such as cloud hosting and analytics providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required to comply with applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain account and purchase information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Uploaded card images are retained only as long as needed to provide the grading estimate and related history features, and can be deleted on request.
Your Choices and Rights
- You may access, update, or delete your account information by contacting us at the email below.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

Children's Privacy
U-Grade is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" above, and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
